A company brain, and the automations around it
The brief
Make the company’s knowledge usable by everyone, take repetitive work off the team, and produce marketing video without a production crew.
Three separate problems on paper, one system in practice: the same knowledge that answers internal questions also feeds the automations and the marketing output.
Fig. — System schematic. Documents, email, CRM and meeting notes feed a company brain, which produces answers, automations and marketing video.
What we built
- 01
Company brain
An internal AI assistant grounded in the company’s own documents and processes. People ask a question in plain language instead of searching folders or interrupting a colleague.
- 02
Workflow automations
Recurring internal tasks moved out of people’s days and into automated workflows that connect the tools the team already used, with a person in the loop where judgement matters.
- 03
Marketing video generation
A pipeline that turns a short brief into on-brand marketing videos from templates, so publishing video no longer depends on a shoot or an editor’s calendar.
How we worked
- 01 Audit
Mapped where knowledge lived and which tasks repeated every week.
- 02 Prototype
Tested each part on the company’s real material before building it properly.
- 03 Production
Shipped in stages, each one usable on its own.
- 04 Handover
Documented how everything works and how to change it.
What changed
- One place to ask how the company works, instead of five folders and a busy colleague.
- Routine tasks that run on their own, with people stepping in only where judgement is needed.
- A repeatable way to publish marketing video from a brief.
