Payment security

How your card details are protected when you pay us, and how to recognise a genuine payment request.

Last updated 25 September 2026 · LUMTHERA (Miloš Trifunović PR LUMTHERA), Serbia

1. How your payment is processed

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, which is certified under PCI DSS, the payment card industry’s data security standard. We accept:

2. Your card details never reach us

  • You enter your card number, expiry date and security code on our payment provider’s secure payment page, over an encrypted connection.
  • We never see, receive or store your full card number or security code. We only receive the payment status, amount, card brand and the last four digits, to match your payment to your order.
  • We will never ask for card details by email, chat or phone.

3. Strong customer authentication

Where your bank requires it, you confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check), for example through your banking app or a one-time code. This protects you if your card details are ever misused.

4. Our website

  • lumthera.com is served only over HTTPS, so what you send to and from the site is encrypted.
  • Before you pay, our page at lumthera.com/pay shows who you are paying: LUMTHERA, based in Serbia, with our full registered details.

5. Recognising a genuine payment request

  • Payment links come only from an @lumthera.com email address, after we have confirmed your service in writing.
  • They open lumthera.com/pay first, then continue to our payment provider’s secure payment page.
  • The charge appears on your card statement as LUMTHERA.

If a payment request looks unusual, do not pay it. Forward it to hello@lumthera.com or call +381 69 100 4502.

6. If something goes wrong

If you see a charge from LUMTHERA that you do not recognise, contact us straight away. If you think your card has been misused, contact your bank as well.
