How payments work

We do not take payment through a shopping cart. Every payment follows a written confirmation of the service and the price, and is made by card through a secure payment link.

Four steps

    Request

    Tell us what you need through the contact page or by email: the session or project, preferred times and your billing details.

  2. 02

    Written confirmation

    We confirm the service, date and total price in writing, and send a secure payment link from an @lumthera.com address.

  3. 03

    Secure card payment

    The link opens our payment page, where you review the terms, then our payment provider’s secure payment page. Your card details never reach us.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    You receive a receipt and invoice by email, then the calendar invitation or project kick-off. Services are delivered remotely.

Card payments are processed securely

The details

Accepted cards
Visa and Mastercard, credit and debit. Cards are charged in the currency on your confirmation or invoice.
Currencies
Pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a fee. We have no control over that rate.
Card security
You enter your card details on a secure payment page hosted by our payment provider, which is certified under PCI DSS, the card industry’s security standard. We never see or store your full card number. Where your bank requires it, you confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check).
On your statement
The payment appears as LUMTHERA.
Fees and VAT
No card surcharges. Not registered for VAT in Serbia. No VAT is charged on our services.
Receipts and invoices
After payment you receive a receipt and an invoice by email, showing our registered details. Keep your confirmation email as well: it is the written summary of what you bought.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where we cancel, cannot deliver, or the law gives you a right to cancel. Read the refund and cancellation policy before you pay.
Genuine payment links
We send payment links only from an @lumthera.com address, and they open our page at lumthera.com/pay before the secure payment page. If anything looks unusual, write to us before paying.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined, you can try again with the same link or another card. Your bank can tell you why a payment was declined; we are not told the reason.
