Sessions and prices
Fixed-price sessions for when you need a focused answer rather than a project. Prices include everything listed, are the same for businesses and individuals, and carry no VAT: LUMTHERA is not registered for VAT.

30 minutes
A first conversation to see whether we are the right people for the job. No preparation needed.

Strategy call
60 minutes
One focused problem, worked through properly: MVP scope, an AI use case, a roadmap decision or a team set-up.

Half-day workshop
3–4 hours
A structured working session with your team, remote by default. Typical topics: AI opportunity mapping, MVP scoping, roadmap reset.

Advisory hours
Block of 10 hours
Valid for 6 months from payment
Senior input on call, drawn down as you need it: architecture reviews, hiring decisions, vendor choices, AI tooling.
- Calls, async reviews and written feedback
- Time logged in 15-minute increments, reported after each use
- Remaining balance available on request at any time
Prices are final and include everything listed. No VAT is charged. No card surcharges. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate if your card is in another currency.

Booking From request to session
How booking and payment work
Sessions are booked by email, so a real person confirms the time with you. Payment is by card through a secure payment link.

Request
Tell us what you need through the contact page or by email: the session or project, preferred times and your billing details.
- 02
Written confirmation
We confirm the service, date and total price in writing, and send a secure payment link from an @lumthera.com address.
- 03
Secure card payment
The link opens our payment page, where you review the terms, then our payment provider’s secure payment page. Your card details never reach us.
- 04
Delivery
You receive a receipt and invoice by email, then the calendar invitation or project kick-off. Services are delivered remotely.
Terms The short version
Before you book
- No refunds
- Payments for sessions and advisory hours are non-refundable, except where we cancel or cannot deliver, or where the law gives you a right to cancel. See the refund policy.
- Rescheduling
- You can move a paid session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time.
- If we cancel
- You choose between a new time and a full refund to your card.
- Buying as an individual
- You have a 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to deliver within those 14 days, you lose that right once the session has taken place. Details in the terms.
- Delivery
- Sessions run by video call at the booked time. Written outputs follow by email within the times listed above. See service delivery.
- Advisory hours
- Valid for 6 months from payment. Unused hours expire and are not refunded.
