Withdrawal form

If you bought a service from us as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the contract being made. You can use this form, or simply write to us.

Only fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the contract. The rules, including what happens when a service has already started, are in section 12 of the terms of service.

What happens after you send it

  • We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
  • We refund what you paid, less any proportionate amount for a service already started at your request, within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the card you paid with.
