In short: every service is confirmed in writing before you pay. Prices are fixed and include everything listed. Payments are non-refundable except where we cancel, cannot deliver, or the law gives you a right to cancel. You can move a paid session once with 48 hours’ notice. If you buy as an individual, you have extra rights, explained in section 12.

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every service we sell through lumthera.com, by email or through a written proposal. In them:
- “You” means the person or organisation buying from us.
- “Business customer” means a company, organisation or individual buying for purposes related to a trade, business or profession, including founders buying for a company they are setting up.
- “Consumer” means an individual buying for purposes outside any trade, business or profession.
- “Confirmation” means our written email confirming the service, date or timeline, and the total price. For projects, the confirmation is the proposal you accept.
If a signed proposal or contract says something different from these terms, the proposal or contract applies to that point. Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not provide services to persons or organisations subject to UN, EU, UK or US sanctions, or located in comprehensively sanctioned territories.
3. Our services
We provide product, engineering, AI and video services, delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise:
- Consulting sessions: a free 30-minute intro call, a 60-minute strategy call and a half-day workshop, as described on the consulting page.
- Advisory hours: a prepaid block of 10 hours of advice, used as you need it.
- Projects: MVP development, AI integration and workflows, product strategy, team and project management, and video and content production, as described on the services page and scoped in a written proposal.
We do not sell physical goods. How and when each service is delivered is set out in the service delivery policy.
4. How a contract is made
- You send us a request through the contact page or by email.
- We reply with a confirmation (or, for projects, a proposal) stating the service, the scope, the date or timeline, the total price and currency, and a secure payment link or invoice.
- You review the details. On our payment page you confirm that you accept these terms and the refund policy before you continue to the secure payment page of our payment provider.
- The contract is made when your payment is received, or when you accept a proposal in writing, whichever is first.
Correcting mistakes. If anything in a confirmation is wrong, reply before paying and we will send a corrected one. On the payment page you can review everything and go back before you enter card details.
Language and records. Contracts are concluded in English. We keep a copy of every confirmation and proposal, and send you one by email. You can save or print these terms from this page at any time; the version that applies to you is the one published on the date of your contract.
5. Prices and payment
Prices for sessions and advisory hours are published on the consulting page in pounds sterling (GBP) and euros (EUR). Current prices are:
| Service | Duration | GBP | EUR |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strategy call | 60 minutes | £350 | €400 |
| Half-day workshop | 3–4 hours | £1,500 | €1,750 |
| Advisory hours | Block of 10 hours | £1,600 | €1,850 |
- Project prices are set in the proposal, either as a fixed price or as milestone payments.
- All prices are final. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. We do not charge card surcharges.
- Payment is by Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment link. The charge appears on your statement as LUMTHERA.
- Sessions and advisory hours are paid in full before they take place. Project milestones are paid before work on that milestone starts, unless the proposal says otherwise.
- If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee. That fee is not ours and we cannot refund it.
- We only charge for services delivered within six months of the payment date.
6. Consulting sessions
- A session is booked once we have confirmed the time in writing and received payment.
- Sessions take place by video call. We send the link with the calendar invitation.
- Rescheduling: you can move a paid session once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 48 hours before the start time. The new date must be within six months of payment.
- Late changes and no-shows: if you cancel or ask to move a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you do not attend, the session counts as delivered and is not refunded.
- Lateness: if you join late, the session still ends at the booked time. After 15 minutes without contact, we treat it as a no-show.
- If we cancel or move a session, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
- Written outputs are sent by email: the strategy call summary within 2 business days, and the workshop action plan within 3 business days.
- We do not record sessions unless everyone on the call agrees in advance.
7. Advisory hours
- A block contains 10 hours and is valid for six months from the payment date.
- Time is recorded in 15-minute increments and covers calls, reviews and written feedback. We report the time used after each piece of work, and you can ask for your balance at any time.
- Hours not used within six months expire and are not refunded.
8. Projects
- The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is not included.
- Changes: either of us can propose a change in writing. We tell you the effect on price and timeline before any work on it starts, and nothing changes until you agree.
- Your part: you give us timely access to the people, information, accounts and decisions we need. If a delay on your side holds up the work, the timeline moves by the same amount.
- Acceptance: when we deliver a milestone, you have 10 business days to tell us in writing about anything that does not match the proposal. We fix those points at no extra cost. If we hear nothing, the milestone is treated as accepted.
9. Ownership of the work
- Once you have paid for a piece of work in full, you own the deliverables we created specifically for you, such as code, designs and documents, and we transfer to you all rights in them that can be transferred.
- We keep ownership of the tools, templates, know-how and components we had before the project or build for general use. Where they are part of your deliverables, you get a permanent, free, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of that work.
- Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences.
- We only mention you as a client, or describe your project publicly, with your permission.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential, use it only to deliver the service, and share it only with subcontractors or providers who need it for that purpose and are bound by the same duty. This continues after the engagement ends. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement before an intro call.
11. Refunds and cancellations
Payments are non-refundable, except where we cancel or cannot deliver the service, where a service is not delivered as agreed and we cannot put it right, or where the law gives you a right to cancel. The full rules are in the refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have with your card issuer.
12. If you are a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, you have the following rights in addition to everything above. Where they conflict with other parts of these terms, these rights apply.
Your right to cancel
- You can cancel the contract within 14 days of the day it was made, without giving a reason.
- To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to hello@lumthera.com or by post to the address above. You can use our withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
- If you cancel in time, we refund everything you paid, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the card you paid with. You pay no fees for the refund.
If the service starts within the 14 days
- We only start a service within the 14-day period if you ask us to. You do this on our payment page, where you also confirm that you understand the consequences below.
- If the service has been fully delivered, you can no longer cancel it.
- If you cancel after the service has started but before it is complete, you pay for the part delivered up to the moment you told us you were cancelling, in proportion to the total price. We refund the rest.
Your other rights
You keep all your rights under the consumer protection law of the Republic of Serbia, including the right to a service that matches the contract and the right to complain (see section 13). Nothing in these terms limits them.
13. Complaints
If something is not right, tell us. We confirm receipt, reply in writing within 8 days and keep a record of every complaint. The procedure, and the options for resolving a dispute out of court, are on the complaints page.
14. Our responsibility to you
- We deliver every service with reasonable skill and care, and in line with the confirmation or proposal.
- Our advice and work are meant to support your decisions, not to replace them. We do not promise business results such as revenue, funding or growth.
- Some services involve AI models run by third parties. Their output can be wrong. We design reviews and safeguards into what we build, but decisions made on the basis of that output remain yours.
- Business customers: our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the service the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers’ statutory rights.
15. Ending an engagement
- Either of us can end a project or advisory engagement with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date. Payments for completed milestones are not refunded, and we refund any amount paid for work that will not be done.
- Either of us can end an engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 10 days of written notice. We can pause work if an invoice is unpaid.
16. Law and disputes
- These terms and every contract under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
- Business customers: any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to the competent court in Serbia with territorial jurisdiction for Čačak.
- Consumers: you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. You can use out-of-court dispute resolution, in which we are required to take part; see the complaints page.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our services change. Changes apply to contracts made after the new version is published; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
